During lead, Dar goes to the weight room for lead. In the weight room, he exercises using the weights that are available in the weight room. On Tuesdays, he lifts dumbbells to train his arms. He trains his biceps and triceps for his arm workout. On Wednesdays, he uses the squat rack to work on his legs. He targets his quads and calf muscles for leg days. On Thursday, he works on his chest muscles by benching. He had a warm-up with a total of 135 lbs and then moved up to heavier weights toward his max. On Fridays, is a light day, and resting his body.
