Burke High School went fully remote after students and staff test positive for COVID-19. There has been a total of twelve cases already at Burke. Thats not the only school with COVID cases, Burke along with Nathan Hale, and three other schools have students or staff that have tested positive. 

OPS will launch a new program that will hopefully slow down the cases. The program will test for all COVID cases with a saliva swab. The test is for all students and staff at Marrs Middle School, Norris Middle School and Bryan High School. It was also include testing of the air, water and surfaces.
